What sections does Masar have?
Cars, land, real estate (apartments, houses, offices, warehouses and student housing), Dalli (services and trades directory), Wasalni (shared rides), the bazaar, the merchant corner, and customer requests.
How do I post a listing?
Press "Add listing", choose a section, then enter the type (sale or rent), title, price, details, photos, location and contact number, and publish. You can edit or delete your listing later from "My listings" in your profile.
Which currencies are used for prices?
Cars and the rental of real estate and land are priced in shekels only. Sales of real estate and land can be priced in shekels, dinars or dollars (at least one currency). Prices are never converted between currencies automatically.
How do I contact the seller?
From the listing page you can send an instant message inside Masar, call by phone, or use WhatsApp if the owner has enabled it.
Is my phone number visible to everyone?
Yes. The phone number, location, photos and details of a listing are visible to any visitor. Chat messages, however, are visible only to the two people in the conversation.
What is Dalli?
A directory of services and trades (restaurants, electrical and plumbing work, clinics, wedding halls, jobs and more) that you can browse by category, and where service providers can add their services.
When can I post in the bazaar?
Browsing is always open; posting is on Thursdays and Fridays (Palestine time). Items can be posted for sale, swap or free.
What are customer requests?
If you can't find what you need, post your request (car, land, apartment…) so sellers can see it and contact you, and you can browse other people's requests.
